Wet weather keeps farmers from harvesting crops (Wisconsin State Journal)

Wet weather last week kept farmers out of fields and delayed harvesting, but the rain helped replenish soil moisture levels across the state, according to the weekly crop progress report from the USDA National Agricultural Statistics Service.
