If you still have piles of snow on or near your property, this week’s weather should go a long way toward getting rid of them. Sunday’s rain helped to melt away the remaining snow, and warmer temperatures this week will lead to some 24/7 melting.

The National Weather Service in the Quad-Cities has issued a flash flood warning for Cedar, Clinton, Muscatine and Scott counties in Iowa and Henry, Rock Island and Whiteside counties in Illinois until 7:45 p.m.
