SEOUL (March 31): Hopes of finding survivors from a sunken South Korean military ship grew dimmer Wednesday as stormy weather brought rescue operations to a halt in the Yellow Sea. No signs of life had been heard from the stern of the Cheonan patrol ship since it sank in 45m of water near the disputed border with North Korea after an explosion Friday.
