Volcanic ash cloud over Russia shrinks weather watching service

MOSCOW, April 21 (Itar-Tass) — The cloud of ash from the Icelandic volcano eruption over Europe has remained basically unchanged and the one over Russia has shrunk considerably, the national weather watching service Rosgidromet said.
