Parents and day care centers were confused and frustrated Tuesday as they tried to understand Killeen Independent School District’s decisions on releasing students early due to snowy weather conditions. By 10a.m., the schools placed automated calls to parents telling them to pick up students but that buses would still run in the afternoon.
