SUFFOLK City officials have canceled this year’s Holiday Parade due to Saturday’s bad weather forecast. Because forecasters are predicting cold rain and snow for Saturday morning, “there was great concern for the safety and well-being of parade participants, many of which are children,” said city spokeswoman Debbie George.
