Kate Spinner A strong low pressure system is scheduled to move through Southwest Florida late tonight or Tuesday morning, bringing winds of up to 28 miles per hour tonight and creating a risk for coastal flooding. Seas are expected to rise two to three feet above normal, mainly due to the strong winds.
