SBA loans available for weather damage (The Toledo Blade)

The U.S. Small Business Administration is making disaster loans available to small businesses, agricultural cooperatives, and most private nonprofit organizations in Lucas, Fulton, and Williams counties because of weather damage that occurred between April 1 and Sept. 1, 2009.
