Better Weather On The Way For Tri-State (WCBS-TV New York)

Talk about a much needed break! The big nor’easter that devastated the region over the weekend is finally clearing out of the area on Tuesday. Better weather will replace it, a timely change for residents trying to pick themselves up after flooding and power outages.
